Wage increase and legislative changes

As members are already aware, the National Wage Case has been handed down by the Fair Work Commission, and pay rates will go up effective from 1 July 2022.
Members are invited to attend the BSCAA National Wage webinar on 29 June 2022. The webinar will feature a discussion with our in-house IR advisor Mark Diamond about the National Wage Case decision itself, the increase in Award wages and allowances that flow from the decision and how best to communicate to clients the outcome of the decision. Members are encouraged to submit questions.
Members will also hear from Peter Treseder from AustralianSuper about the incoming legislative changes to superannuation including the cessation of the $450 guarantee.
